Biography
Emily is Head of Quality Improvement (QI) with the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health (NCCMH) and provides oversight on the NCCMH’s portfolio of QI collaboratives. She has been part of the QI team at the NCCMH since its inception, coaching teams on the Reducing Restrictive Practice, Sexual Safety, Enjoying Work and Advancing Mental Health Equalities Collaboratives. In addition, Emily has provided QI expertise on the national Suicide Prevention Programme. Prior to joining the NCCMH, Emily worked in the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ College Centre for Quality Improvement and the Clinical Audit and Research Unit of the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
