Biography

Kaylee currently manages the delivery of Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals Tobacco Dependency Treatment Support service and has since the launch of the Long Term Plan implementation in 2022. Before working for the Trust, she worked for several years within the County of Lincolnshire, supporting health promotion within its population of people and leading organisations. Her interests lie within Behaviour Change and is working hard to highlight the importance of such, the implementation of behaviour change techniques within the newer service her Trust provides, and now has been given the opportunity to embed the same processes within the newer area of Tobacco Dependency Treatment support within the Targeted Lung Health Check Programme, by offering a new and innovative service model within the project.
