Biography

Richard Holley is the Area Manager for the North and West Northamptonshire Stop Smoking Services, and Tobacco Control lead for both the North and West Northamptonshire Public Health teams. In early 2020, Richard and his teams started to provide e-cigarettes to service users. A passionate harm reduction advocate, Richard has shared his experiences with numerous stop smoking services across the country looking to provide e-cigarettes as part of their local offer.
