Biography

Jo Locker is Senior Tobacco Control Manager at the Office of Health Improvement & Disparities, working across the national tobacco control programme, with a special focus on reducing smoking in pregnancy. She has been involved with issues related to tobacco and smoking cessation for more than fifteen years including providing stop smoking interventions, the development and delivery of training for stop smoking practitioners and supporting the implementation of policy at the national, regional and local level.
